The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist in developing and updating individualized care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments. Responsibilities also include assessing residents' needs, reporting changes in condition, and supervising support staff.
Candidates must possess at least two years of experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation settings. A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory requirements.
