The role involves evaluating patients and developing/implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients and caregivers on exercises.
Candidates must possess an active Washington Physical Therapist License and current BLS certification, along with a minimum of one year of PT experience. Additional requirements include COVID vaccination, a recent PPD test or chest X-ray, and passing a criminal background check and drug screening.
