The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and functional independence. Key duties include conducting assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with care teams.
Candidates must possess an active Washington Physical Therapist License, current BLS certification, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Additional requirements include COVID vaccination, a recent PPD test or chest X-ray, and passing a criminal background check and drug screening.
