The Outpatient Clinic Clinician will support a team model setting in Springfield, MA, ensuring open communication and accountability among workers and consumers, while being accountable to the Clinical Supervisor. Responsibilities include completing social clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, assisting with client placements, participating in supervision, and providing psychotherapy or crisis intervention.
Candidates must possess an MSW, MA, or M.Ed. in a related field and must be licensed or license eligible for LMHC, LMFT, LADCI, LICSW, or LCSW. Required qualifications also include experience in mental health or substance use treatment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.

The Outpatient Clinic Clinician will work at our Springfield, MA Outpatient Clinic and support a team model setting to establish open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. The Clinician is accountable to the Clinical Supervisor. The Clinician provides services on-site and in the community to individuals, children, and families experiencing mental health challenges.
