The Medication Aide will assist with the administration and management of medications under supervision while monitoring and recording residents' vital signs. Responsibilities also include supporting residents with daily activities like bathing and grooming, and encouraging participation in social engagements.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a positive attitude and genuine interest in working with the elderly. Physical endurance is required to stand for the majority of the shift.
