Medication

Management: Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and our community’s policies, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.

Health

Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed.

Personalized

Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, including support with hygiene, mobility, and ensuring comfort.

Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, contributing to their happiness, dignity, and overall well-being.

While previous experience in medication administration or a healthcare setting is highly valued, it's not required.
