The Medication Aide will safely administer medications to residents according to physician orders and community policies, while also observing and reporting changes in residents' health status to healthcare professionals. Additionally, the role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene and mobility to enhance their comfort and quality of life.
The primary requirement is a passion for caring for the elderly, empathy, and a willingness to learn, as comprehensive on-the-job training and certification for medication administration are provided if needed. While previous experience in medication administration or healthcare is valued, it is not mandatory for this position.

What do you need to be a Medication Aide at our Community?
While previous experience in medication administration or a healthcare setting is highly valued, it's not required. We seek individuals with a positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow in the senior healthcare field. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and support, including certification for medication administration if needed.
