The Caregiver will assist residents with essential daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also encouraging participation in community engagement and social connections. Supportive tasks involve light housekeeping, meal preparation and service, and providing medication reminders as necessary.
Previous caregiving experience, particularly with dementia patients, is beneficial, but the role welcomes new entrants as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to compassionate care.
