The clinician will provide community-based services such as family therapy and in-home therapy while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop effective, strength-based strategies for youth facing behavioral and mental health challenges. Responsibilities also include creating interventions to support families, potentially preventing hospitalization, and consulting with collateral parties like schools.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and either hold clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or be eligible to sit for it, along with being at least 21 years old. Required experience includes clinical work with children and adolescents, maintaining a valid driver's license for youth transportation, and flexibility for an on-call schedule.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
