The role involves providing a range of community-based services, including skill coaching, life skills training, and behavior management, to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings. Responsibilities also include fostering positive relationships with external agencies and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to guide youth.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and typically require a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, though an Associate's degree is acceptable. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth needing behavioral management for mental health concerns is necessary, along with maintaining a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transporting clients.

JRI’s Children's Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.
This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings, holidays and weekend shifts as necessary. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.
