The Certified Nursing Assistant provides essential, hands-on care and service to residents, including assistance with daily needs like bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility. This role also involves engaging residents through interaction and activities while collaborating closely with the nursing team to ensure all care requirements are met.
Applicants must possess current Connecticut Nurse’s Aide Registration and demonstrate experience and passion for working with seniors. Candidates must also be physically capable of demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintain positive professional relationships with residents, families, and staff.
