The Echo Therapist will provide clinical assessment and ongoing treatment for individuals with emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders, delivering services to increase overall functioning and stability. Essential functions include planning and administering trauma-informed therapeutic treatment using evidence-based interventions and developing treatment plans based on comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited college is required, along with license eligibility, and preferably one or more years of experience. Candidates must possess efficiency with technology, proficient clinical skills, public speaking experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
