The Nurse Practitioner will oversee and provide direct patient primary care within a collaborative team setting, focusing on designing and implementing individualized, patient-centered care for diverse populations. Essential duties also include facilitating care coordination, clinical collaboration, and ensuring high standards of quality care while mitigating risks.
Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner licensed in NYS prior to the start date, with preference given to those having three or more years of experience. $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)
Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two year commitment to serve at a FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.
