To Qualify, You Must Have

• A valid Florida CNA license or
• Certified
• HHA certificate issued by an approved
• Florida school (note: prior agency work without school certification is not accepted)
• Driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health clearance from a licensed provider within the last 6 months stating you are free of communicable diseases
• Completion of the following
• CEUs:
• 2-hour Alzheimer’s, 1-hour HIV/AIDS & 2-hour Assistance w/ Self Admin Meds (Get all three at c-e-u.com [https://c-e-u.com])
