About the role

The Therapist will provide assessments and counseling services for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires comfort working with patients presenting with dual diagnoses and experience utilizing trauma-informed care models.

We have an exciting, mission-based opportunity in a coastal Maine community. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis.

Comfort working with Pediatric patient populations

Experience in using trauma-informed care models.

All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!

PCHC’s Seaport Community Health Center [https://pchc.com/locations/seaport-community-health-center/] received the highest level of recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The practice is poised later this year to move into a new, state-of-the art facility just steps away in the same meticulously and beautifully landscaped campus. Staff will enjoy access to a large gazebo, outdoor patio and spacious indoor breakroom, exam rooms, public areas, collaborative workspaces, offices and meeting spaces are all designed for comfort and confidentiality throughout the new space!
