Job description

The CPRS. will be expected to:\n\n* Assist clients in personal goals for recovery through the use of individual\nand group sessions in accordance with Program Rules & Regulations.\n\n* Personal experience to be shared with participants to relate.\n\n* Monitors behavioral functions between individuals and group behavior.\n\n* Evaluates participant's mental health status.\n\n* Documents accurately, neatly, and consistently every and any contact with or\non behalf of a participant in the participant's designated chart, as required by\nDMHDD, Medicaid, and other funding source requirement.\n\n* Attends scheduled team meetings and actively participate in team.\n\n* Assist with program activities, including group session outreach, preparation\nand clean up coordination.\n\n* Benefits available for full time employment.\n\n* Certification Preferred .\n\n* CPR and CPI Required .\n\n* Other duties as assigned.
