The Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families, often involving severe mental illness or substance use disorders. Essential functions include developing evidence-based treatment plans, responding to mental health emergencies, coordinating community resources, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree with related educational requirements, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in social work or counseling, along with an LSW, LCDC III, LPC, or MFT license. Required qualifications include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility to work varied hours, computer literacy, and a valid Ohio Driver's License.
The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings.
