The Registered Medication Associate (RMA) role involves providing high-quality care by assisting residents with medication administration according to state standards and acting as a Culture Ambassador for the company's core values. Key duties include accurately recording medication administration, monitoring for adverse effects, maintaining safe medication storage, and documenting shift communications.
Candidates must have successfully completed coursework and examinations to become a certified Resident Care Associate and must maintain continuing education credits as required by the state for RMA certification. Essential qualifications include knowledge of safe medication administration techniques, CPR/First Aid certification, understanding of resident confidentiality, and the ability to show genuine compassion for seniors.

• Full-Time or Part-Time, 11pm to 7am; Every other weekend is required.
The RMA must be able to lift, stoop, carry, turn, and assist high-risk residents, push medication carts and be willing and able to work a flexible work schedule. The RMA must be able to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours. Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 to 75 pounds. This position is considered a medium risk for exposure to COVID, as it provides direct care to potential COVID-positive residents.
