Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans and promptly observing and reporting any changes in their physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse. The role also requires accurate documentation of care provided and active participation in required training sessions.
Applicants must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state and possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The facility welcomes recent graduates who are dependable and passionate about providing high-quality resident care in a fast-paced environment.
