The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of physical therapy treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy as directed, and documenting patient progress. This role also involves assisting with patient education, home exercise programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must possess an Associate degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant. A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting is required, along with excellent communication skills and reliable transportation.
