The Physical Therapist Assistant will help evaluate and develop patient care plans, conduct reassessments, and document clinical progress notes for review. Responsibilities also include performing therapeutic exercises, instructing patients and families, and coordinating discharge plans with the PT and nursing staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Florida PTA license along with BLS certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably one year of home healthcare experience are also required.
