The LVN will provide exceptional patient care in a nursing home setting under the supervision of an RN and/or physician. Essential duties include assessing and recording patient vital signs, preparing patients for exams, ensuring medication adherence, and providing age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
The role requires assessing and recording patient metrics, assisting with exams after ensuring patient understanding and consent, and following up on patient progress and medication pickup. Care must be appropriate for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
