The Mental Health Professional will interview and assess clients for mental health needs, providing individual, family conjoint, and group therapy services. This role also involves documenting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate clinical case records.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in counseling or social work and hold a current Arkansas license such as LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW. Essential soft skills include effective communication, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a treatment team.
Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to join our Therapeutic Day Treatment program in Springdale, AR. The ideal Mental Health Professional will have experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full- time, exempt (salaried) and reports to the Program Coordinator.
This position is projected to start in July 2026.
