This role performs core credentialing functions including initial appointments, reappointments, data collection, primary source verification, privileging, and file maintenance for medical and allied health staff. Responsibilities also involve supporting provider onboarding processes and maintaining current knowledge of medical staff regulations and hospital policies.
include a High School Education/GED or equivalent, or an Associate’s/Technical Degree, along with two years of experience in a medical staff services department or related setting. A mandatory requirement for this position is the Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification.
