include maintaining full knowledge of laboratory procedures, assisting the laboratory manager with site preparation, and managing laboratory documentation such as harvest logs and sample manifests. The role also involves obtaining, processing, and storing samples according to protocol, ensuring proper labeling and temperature monitoring for storage.
Candidates must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalency and possess required blood draw experience or CPT Certification. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with motivation to work consistently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
