This position operates under the Director of HIM to prepare medical records for completion by physicians and allied health professionals. Key duties include scanning paper records into the electronic system post-discharge and responding to internal medical record requests promptly.
Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years of experience working in Medical Records within a hospital setting, along with previous customer service experience in healthcare. Required abilities include working independently, strong organization, excellent communication, and computer skills.

Under the supervision of the Director of HIM, this position prepares the medical record for completion by physicians and other allied health care professionals.
