Field Nurses are responsible for completing all assigned patient care duties according to the established plan of care and reevaluating it as necessary. This includes working the scheduled shift and completing all required clinical nurse notes and skilled care services.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Applicants are also required to have prior experience working in a home care agency.
