Field Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care in the home according to physician orders and the established plan of care, which includes following, assessing, and reevaluating patient needs. They must also complete all required clinical nursing documentation accurately and on time while performing skilled nursing services as necessary.
Candidates must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia or hold a multi-state compact license. Preferred qualifications include prior home health or home care experience, reliable transportation, and strong documentation skills.
