The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, establish comprehensive Plans of Care, and administer tailored therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and manage pain. Key duties also involve educating patients and families while accurately documenting all patient encounters and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess an active Physical Therapy license in Connecticut and are preferred to have a minimum of three years of experience in the field. Essential qualifications include strong patient rapport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a flexible caseload.

Salary: $75 – $90 per hour
