The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs, including administering medications and performing ordered treatments. Responsibilities also involve supervising care staff, collaborating on care plans, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
Candidates must possess a valid Ohio LPN license and a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Essential attributes include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
