Field Nurses are responsible for completing all assigned patient care duties according to the established plan of care, which includes reevaluation as necessary. Duties also involve completing clinical nurse notes in their entirety and performing skilled care services when applicable.
Applicants must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Essential experience includes working within a home care agency setting, and candidates must demonstrate versatility and dependability.
