The Registered Nurse will deliver skilled nursing services and treatments requiring specialized clinical expertise while participating in interdisciplinary patient assessments to evaluate needs and support comprehensive care planning. Essential duties include collaborating with patients and caregivers to develop individualized care plans, providing physician-ordered services, and ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, possess a valid CPR certification, and have a valid Driver’s License with auto insurance. Preferred qualifications include at least 1,600 hours of RN experience or completion of the office’s preceptor program.
$40.00 – $70.00 per hour
