The Registered Nurse is responsible for participating in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care, collaborating with various staff and physicians on care management. Key duties include direct resident care, administering medication, and leading support staff like MAA, CNA, and RA personnel.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse License in Wisconsin and be CPR Certified. One year of relevant nursing experience and knowledge in geriatric care are preferred qualifications for this role.

POSITION OVERVIEW for a Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for participating in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care.
The RN collaborates with nurses from all shifts, interdisciplinary staff, and physicians on issues related to the management and coordination of resident care. Responsibilities include direct resident care, leadership of MAA, CNA, and RA staff.
The RN reports to the Director of Nursing.
