The PRN Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing evidence-based, purposeful rehabilitation services as part of a supportive and experienced in-house team. This role offers flexible scheduling with availability for both weekday and weekend hours.
Candidates must possess an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy degree (BS, MS, or DPT) and hold a current Tennessee PT license. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
