The therapist provides evidence-based mental health and substance use assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting, supporting recovery and stability through person-centered care. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, maintaining compliant clinical documentation, and coordinating care with internal and external partners.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or a related human services field, along with current State of Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, APSW, LPC/LPC-IT, LMFT/LMFT-IT, or Psychologist License). Required skills include clinical assessment, treatment planning, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient) provides evidence-based mental health and substance use assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. This role supports recovery, wellness, and stability by delivering person-centered, trauma-informed care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to meet the needs of diverse populations. The In-Training Therapist (Outpatient) role delivers all of these and participates in required supervision and professional development to support high-quality, person-centered care.
• Three or more years of outpatient mental health and/or substance use treatment experience
