The Rehab Tech will support the front office coordinator and clinical team by handling administrative tasks like check-in, phone calls, and scheduling, alongside assisting with direct patient care duties. Essential clinical support includes preparing patients, assisting with supportive DME equipment, and providing routine treatments like hot/cold packs and modalities under professional staff direction.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, though previous rehab aide experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to be compassionate, and effective communication skills to work well within the team.
