The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times, requiring strong organizational skills to create schedules that maintain quality nursing care. This role involves coordinating with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to communicate schedules and ensure compliance with budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must possess a QMA license, achieved through successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration, and demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to upholding the company's C.A.R.E. values.
