As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and utilizing skills to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. This role involves leading teamwork within the care team and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Candidates must successfully complete a state-approved training program for medication administration and possess an Indiana QMA license. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence, along with excellent communication skills, are also required.
