Caregivers are responsible for attending to residents' needs, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting the Life Enrichment Program while fostering a positive environment. This role also requires timely documentation, communication of resident changes, and ensuring resident safety and emergency response.
Candidates must possess knowledge and experience in caring for and interacting with elders, along with a strong passion for caregiving and helping others. Essential requirements include fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, and holding an active CPR/BLS Certification.
