The LPN is responsible for administering medications, managing resident care plans, and coordinating daily services with nursing staff. They provide leadership to personnel and ensure all care is delivered according to resident wishes and facility policies.
Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, active LPN license. Required certifications include CPR/BLS, along with proficiency in English and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
