The LPN is responsible for coordinating daily nursing services, administering medications, and maintaining accurate resident care plans. They also provide leadership to nursing personnel and ensure all care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and resident wishes.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution and possess an active, unencumbered LPN license in the state. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, current CPR/BLS certification, and strong knowledge of nursing regulations are required.
