The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will prioritize resident service, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, conducting daily rounds, administering medication, and monitoring unlicensed staff.
Candidates must possess a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, along with basic computer proficiency or a willingness to learn. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, direct resident care, or behavioral/memory care is preferred.
