As a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, the role involves prioritizing resident service and ensuring the highest quality care is delivered to residents and their families under the direction of a registered nurse. Key duties include managing resident admissions/transfers/discharges, conducting daily observations, administering medication, and monitoring unlicensed staff.
Candidates must possess a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, along with basic computer proficiency or a willingness to learn. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, behavioral care, or with PointClickCare is considered a plus.
