The Nurse Practitioner will care for and support patients enrolled in diabetes and liver medication/device studies, playing a hands-on role in CGM and insulin pump trials, including education and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include conducting clinical assessments, monitoring safety, ensuring compliance with GCP/FDA/IRB standards, and collaborating with research staff and sponsors.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with national certification and a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, along with an active DEA license or the ability to obtain one. Essential qualifications include strong clinical judgment, patient education skills, and a significant interest or experience in clinical research, diabetes technology, and managing complex protocols.
