The role involves conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3), while providing engaging, play-based, and evidence-based speech therapy in natural home or community environments. Clinicians will also coach families on integrating communication strategies into daily routines and complete accurate, real-time documentation.
Candidates must possess an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License, with pediatric experience preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive coaching. Strong skills in family coaching, communication, and collaboration are essential for this role.
