The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized therapy programs to help patients regain strength and mobility. This role also involves guiding Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an Illinois state Physical Therapist license. Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is considered a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
🏥 What You’ll Do Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs. Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
