Basic Schedule: Full-time position; 80 hour bi-weekly schedule (with every other weekend); 1st Shift, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Basic Job Description/Responsibilities for Direct Support Professional:
Provide nursing care activities for assigned residents, according to their individualized plan of care.
Assisting with activities of daily living (bath time, meal time, etc.)
Provide accurate documentation using a web-based record keeping system as required by Holy Angels policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Perform activities in the area of physical therapy and range of motion.
HS/GED; minimum age 21, experience using a computer.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and be a minimum of 21 years old, with required experience using a computer. Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, CNA I certification, or completion of the College of Direct Support.
