About the role

The Certified Anesthetist will administer anesthesia and sedation under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist, conducting necessary evaluations and assessments during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. They will deliver safe and effective care primarily in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting.

(PSA) is seeking a Certified Anesthetist (CAA or CRNA) to join our high-performing, collaborative team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities: Full-Time ≥ 30 hours per week Part-time <30 hours per week, PT must be scheduled a minimum of two consistent days per week. | You'll play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate anesthesia care during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases—alongside a group of professionals committed to excellence and patient-centered care.

Competitive Compensation • Full-time ASC Base Salary

$156,000 – $232,000, based on years of experience and scheduled hours.

Part-time

Base

Salary: $140 per hour, must be consistently scheduled 2 or more days per week. Part time employees working 1000 hours or more per year are eligible for up to 10% 401k company contribution.

Paid full shift even if released early or ASC is closed.

Job Summary As a Certified Anesthetist at PSA, you will

  • Administer anesthesia and sedation under the direction of a physician anesthesiologist
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, intraoperative management, and post-anesthetic assessments
  • Deliver safe, effective care in an ASC setting. However, a combination of ASC and hospital coverage is available if desired.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Anesthesia (CAA) or Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA) from an accredited program
  • Georgia state license and active CAA or CRNA certification
  • Current BLS and ACLS (renewals provided by employer)
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient rapport
  • Background check and Medicare exclusion clearance required
