The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide essential daily care to residents, ensuring their personal needs are met according to their wishes and reviewing care plans daily for necessary adjustments. Responsibilities also include informing supervisors of condition changes, assisting with daily needs like transportation, and fostering a warm, cheerful environment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education and hold a current state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant, along with an active CPR/BLS certification. A strong passion for caregiving and the ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English are mandatory.
