Pay Range: $18.13 - $18.13 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview Assists with CPR under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
Documents patient care activities and patient data accurately using appropriate documentation forms and or information systems.
Performs patient care tasks related to activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, hair, skin, and oral care.
Completes assigned patient duties within the time frame established by the registered nurse.
Reinforces transition/discharge teaching and patient self care activities.
Performs required clinical skills such as vital sign measurement and enters patient vital signs information into computer, aseptic technique, non-invasive specimen collection, hot and cold applications, simple respiratory therapy, post mortem care, ostomy care, and application of teds/pneumatic teds.
Provides complete AM/PM care, vital signs, intake and output, appropriate and timely documentation and participates in skin rounds.
Assists with admission, transfer, or discharge of patients.
Observes patients carefully for significant changes.
Seeks to improve the effectiveness of communication and interactions with others.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience
