The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, creating discharge plans, and revising established plans of care under physician supervision. This role focuses on providing necessary speech-language pathology services at the health care center.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold active state licensure. ASHA (CCC) Certification or actively seeking CCC Certification is also required.
